What does Shortbread have to do with the US army?

Apparently A LOT! A rep from the US army called this summer to order some pink camo cookies to send as gifts for the wives of our brave soldiers. Luckily I had the very talented Arielle Ross from Broadway Baker in from LA to assist me with the job. This post and the photos are long over due but better late than never! Thanks again Arielle, you're ALWAYS welcome back- SHORTBREAD WANTS YOU!

The Cavity Kit!

Now this was a fun basket to make! Not only because of the delicious sticky treats, but because both of my parents are dentists I actually felt like I knew what I was doing! These were for NYC's best pediatric dentist Ruby Gelman, to give out to her office referrals as holiday gifts. On the menu we had Oreo Truffles, Almond Butter Toffee Bars, Fleur De Sel Caramels and Peanut Brittle... All sure to cause some type of cavity if you follow the directions on the cover of the kit! Dissolve Slowly, Don't Brush, Don't Floss... CALL YOUR DENTIST! If you would like to make a mini version of this on your own see below for our DIY instructions!

DIY CAVITY KIT/ There is a mini kit below that you can make yourself really easy! You can buy the pillow boxes at most craft stores or click here to buy from Papermart. Alternatively you can make your own and download the pillow box template here.
