little miss shortbread had a farm...

CUPCAKE, CUPCAKE, OHHHH.... 
This week we had an order for farm animal cupcakes and a barn for a little boy's first birthday! 


The Requirement: Must be nut free and vegan (egg allergy)
The Issue: Cannot use fondant for animal faces
The Solution: Candies, marshmallows, piping bags and delicious vegan cream cheese frosting
The Outcome: Stay tuned!


We made 3 different types of vegan cake (vanilla, chocolate, brownie) and for the frosting we used our fan favorite vegan cream cheese frosting, marshmallow frosting, chocolate frosting and various candies to create a barn yard appeal. We had a blast making them and are so happy with the out come! Hope they like them just as much! But most importantly! THEY MUST BE DELICIOUS!! :D ENJOY!
