This blog post is dedicated to my best friend Yael who is making us all proud at Medical School in Israel. So I ask you... what better sums up the culinary experience in Israel other than shawarma, falafel, hummus and kebabs?! And who ever said you can have have a CAKE KEBAB... and eat it too?? A little buttercream hummus never hurt anyone! But don't worry... It's just chocolate cake, strawberries (as tomatoes of course) and some good ole'fashioned vanilla buttercream to "SHMEAR"! Betay'avon!
