ShortbreadNYC was featured in a Japanese magazine in their special new year's issue! While our baked goods were being displayed at STOGO, a writer from the magazine was so intrigued by our healthy baked goods she contacted me to be featured. Now if I only knew what it said... haha. All i know is she wanted to bring healthy lifestyle and substitution possibilities to Japan.
