MINI Chocolate Cakes


I had a chocolate cake recipe to try out but wanted to make cute indavidual cakes... So instead of making two 9" rounds I poured the batter onto 2 baking sheets and baked for 8 minutes. After they cooled I cut out circles using cookie cutters ( you could use any shape...then frosted and layered... and voila! Dont forget chocolate curls for garnish! You could also make a ganache and just pour over the caked to get the seemles shiny look. This will work with ANY recipe!!
