GOURMET PRETZELS

Had a real craving for pretzels last night... Soooo we made em! I used a standard pretzel recipe from epicurious.com (modified) and instead of regular pretzel salt on top, we used fresh crushed fennel seed, cumin seed, white peppercorns and smoked sea salt. But wait there's more... We mixed a whole grain mustard and German honey for a honey mustard dipping sauce. Delish!
